Ordering
When a person is not available to receive your call orders
may be recorded by voice mail. You may also e-mail your
order to earthwalksoap@gmail.com
In this case; someone will contact you to assure accuracy.
For wholesale customers it is required that we have a signed
resale form for your account on file.
Shipping
In stock items will be shipped within five business days
after the order is placed. Due to the nature of our product,
backordered items can take up to six weeks for delivery.
This is due to the process of curing handmade soaps. Earth
Walk takes many measures to try to assure minimal impact
on our planet and to minimize shipping costs for our customers.
Whenever possible we will ship using recycled packaging
materials and boxes.
Minimum
Order
Our minimum opening order is $75.00. Reorders require a
minimum of $50. All soaps must be ordered by the case (
six 4.5 oz bars/case). For times when only a few items are
needed, we will add a service charge of $5 for orders under
$50.
Out
of Stocks
We make every effort possible to maintain inventory of regular
stock items, however, out of stocks are an inherent aspect
of the industry.
Payment
Payment options are PayPal, cashiers check or previously
approved business check.
Pricing
Unless otherwise specified, products must be ordered by
the case.
Returns
Earth Walk guarantees the quality of its products. As soon
as you receive your order and examine the contents, please
contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied with your
order for any reason. If you return an item due to an error
on our part we will include the cost of your shipping in
any credit issued.
Prior
authorization is required for all returns. Credit must be
requested 10 days from receipt of goods. No returns will
be accepted after 30 days from shipment. A copy of the invoice
and an explanation must accompany all return shipments.
Unless we are at fault in filling the order, returned merchandise
is subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any UPS call tag
charges. Special order items may items may not be returned.
